Green Belt Requirements

  1. Level II Round kick, level II round kick, spinning round kick
  2. Level II axe kick, level II round kick, spinning back kick.
  3. Skipping level III round kick, back punch, level II round kick, spinning back fist
  4. Level II Round kick, Jab, Cross, Level II Round, Front Reverse Back Kick
SELF-DEFENSE: Continue to learn to defend against attacks from behind, such as chokes, bear hugs, and full nelsons.

BOARD BREAK: Spinning back kick.
