Don’t let the holidays ruin you!

It’s said that people put on 5-10 pounds during the holiday season. Then they wish to have a New Year Resolution to lose the weight they gain.
This is just stupid!
The meals and lifestyle during the holidays should not change. Yes you are tempted by all the great foods, but eating them is not the end of the world.
I myself enjoy a large meal for Thanksgiving and Christmas, but the rest of the time I continue to eat healthy. Thus, I maintain, or if I feel it is needed, I lose weight.
It’s not that easy for everyone, but develop a plan. If you need guidance I can help.

And don’t worry as much about the calories.
