Footwork
- Sliding - While in a sparring stance shift the student pushes off with his back foot, and slides both feet forward trying to maintain a shoulder width space between both feet.

Skipping - The student slides his rear foot to his front foot, then skips the front foot forward.
Hands:
SELF-DEFENSE - An orange belt should become proficent with escapes and releases from front body holds.
BOARD BREAK - Level II (rear leg) side kick.
